Appointments cannot be cancelled but can only be rescheduled. Please note that in case of a no show, fees paid are non-refundable. Request to reschedule must be made more than 72 hours before the appointment.

For any reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request and the fees paid by you would be adjusted in your next appointment with us.

For appointments at Bethany Hospital and Dr LH Hiranandani Hospital, while the hospitals do not levy cancellation charges, please accommodate our request to avoid last minute cancellations.
