Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to give notice of at least 48 hours before cancelling any session, to ensure that the slot is not wasted since it cannot be allocated at the last minute to another client. All attempts will be made to accommodate a request to reschedule the appointment as long as more than 24 hours’ notice is given. In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no refund of fees and the same will not be adjusted for the next session. In case of a no show, full fees will be charged against the cancellation.
