Cancellation Policy

For cancellations before 72 hours of the appointment, the fees paid will be adjusted in your next appointment with us. Any cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. In case of a no-show, full fees will be charged against the cancellation. For appointments at Bethany Hospital and Dr LH Hiranandani Hospital, while the hospitals do not levy cancellation charges, please accommodate our request to avoid last-minute cancellations.
